My Skin Care

I wanted to share my skin care routin with you. By no means of the imagination do I have good skin, infact I have quite bad skin for my age. I don't have scaring but I do suffer from breakouts over my chin area quite often.

I have a certain skin routine that I have been using for nearly a year now. I swear by it... I still get breakouts but I think that is more a hormanal thing, but I find if I miss one day of my routine (from being lazy or I forget the products when I am away) my skin breaks out 100% times worse.

I use the 3 stage Liz Earl Skin Care system: (sorry about the pictures, I stole them from Liz Earle Website)

Step 1:Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser

I love this! I do a few pumps on my fingers and gently rub the soft cream into my skin. It has an amazing soothing feel to it and really feels like it is working into the skin. I then get a Muslin Cloth and rinse it in warm water and gently buff my face until all the cleaner has gone. I rinse the Muslin Cloth in hot water and place over my face for a little steam clean.

It leaves your face feeling so fresh and soft, and also removes all traces of makeup. However, I like to remove the majority of my makeup before I start with a babywipe. The reason I do this is because your Muslin Cloth will get really grubby looking.
Step 2: Instant Boost Skin Tonic

I apply the tonic to a cotton pad an pat over my face after cleansing. This not only gives your face a nice organic smell but closed the pours and leave the skin feeling nice a tight.

Step 3: Skin Repair Moisturiser

After my face has naturally dried I apply a grape sized amount of the moisturiser on my face. The moisturiser is nice, it's thick and feels like it is doing good when you apply it. It only takes a minuet or so to completely soak into the skin. Plus it makes a nice smooth base to apply liquid foundation.

That's it.....

If I have got a break out I use the Liz Earle Spot On stick on the individual spot at night... by the morning they are dried up and on the way out.

A little Note about the Liz Earle Spot On... if you are using it around your mouth area, don't get it on your lips, it tastes horrible and it makes them numb! I think it is a good sign that the Tea Tree is really working.
Liz Earle sell little started kits and if you are having trouble finding a skin routine that works for you, I would really suggest giving them ago...
And added bonus, they send samples!!!! That has to be a good thing right?
I hope this helps
